New Director of Government Services
Envirocon is pleased to announce that Sherry Gibson has joined our staff as the new Director of Government Services. Ms. Gibson has 25 years of experience in the management and technical execution of multi-million dollar programs. She is experienced in all phases of complex program management for environmental remediation, water resources, civil works, energy, and homeland security projects and has extensive experience with CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, NEPA, CWA, and other Federal/State regulatory programs.

In-situ-Capping of Subaqueous Contaminated Sediments
In-Situ Capping (ISC) is a potentially economical and effective approach for remediation of contaminated sediment. ISC is a non-removal remediation technique which includes the placement of a subaqueous covering or cap of clean isolating material over an in-situ deposit of contaminated sediment.
